If i book now to collect a rental car from Miri airport upon arrival of flight at 1.30PM. In case flight delay i collect at 3PM, is there any penalty charges?

If you are delayed more than an hour just call the local supplier, there is no extra charge.

It may be better to book for 1 hour after your scheduled arrival, as arriving earlier is no problem re. picking up the vehicle.

Ok, if I collect 3PM and return at 3PM next day is considered as 1 day?

Ok, is the quoted price inclusive of insurance, any hidden cost which is not being mentioned on the website?

No hidden charges. Basic insurance is included, you may be offered EXTRA INSURANCE online during the booking process, or you can add if you wish more at the desk.
